my first week away

some things that made me smile - climbing out of miss Fliss's window onto her balcony and seeing endless rows of terrace houses before me, relaxing in Hyde park enjoying the last rays of sunshine late into the afternoon listening to the sweet sounds of Nicki and Ben's wedding play list, wondering round Soho with Katie and eating yummy yummy cold rolls, watching people on the tube and smiling at them, getting cuddles from monkey and max ( big fat rag doll cats ), spending a night out in the city with miss Fliss and seeing St Paul's Cathedral for the first time, the product packaging at m&s ( great design ), realising that I am in LONDON, finding the most beautiful blue dress at Standstad airport to take to France.

some things that didn't make me smile - having to drag my stupid heavy 13kilo camera bag up and down stairs at the tube station, wanting to buy lots of clothes but not allowing myself because of the budget, when it starts raining and I have forgotten my umbrella, missing my family and Mia-Moo, eating too much food and now my dress doesn't fit.

all and all i feel so relaxed, excited and happy
